Cancel your order (model cancellation form)

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you usually have 14 days after you receive your goods to cancel without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. You normally pay the direct cost of return postage.

Please contact us at support@anti-reform.com before returning an item. We will provide the correct returns address for your order. Please do not send product returns to our registered office.

Email support@anti-reform.com with your order number and a clear request to cancel, or use our model cancellation form. We will reply with the returns address for your order. Please do not post goods until we have confirmed that address.

For a valid statutory cancellation, we refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or earlier if you give us evidence you have sent them back. We will refund using the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise. The refund includes the price of the goods and standard delivery.

For faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods, we will confirm the next steps after reviewing your report and any photos.

Yes. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email support@anti-reform.com with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights. Please contact us before sending anything back.
