Take Action

Reform UK has built much of its momentum through attention, repetition and simple messages. Challenging it doesn't require everyone to become a political activist.

There are small things you can do today — and bigger ways to get involved if you want to.

Anti-Reform started as a Facebook community, and that's still where much of the day-to-day discussion happens.

Join the group to see what's being discussed, share information, contribute ideas and connect with other people who are concerned about the direction Reform UK wants to take the country.

You don't have to belong to a particular party — opposition to Reform crosses traditional party lines.

Challenge misinformation

When you see a claim that doesn't look right, don't just scroll past it.

Check it. Ask for the source. Share reliable information. Correct false claims calmly when you can — particularly when they're being repeated as fact.

Facts are usually more persuasive than insults.

Make your voice heard

Politics doesn't only happen at elections.

Write to your MP or councillors. Respond to consultations. Attend public meetings. Ask candidates where they stand. Support local campaigns on issues that matter to you.

Democracy works better when people participate in it.

Got skills or an idea?

Campaigns need more than people on the streets.

Writers, designers, researchers, photographers, video editors, social-media people — or simply people with good ideas — can all contribute.

If you've got something you think could help Anti-Reform, we'd like to hear from you.
